Challenge

Specialists in aircraft leasing, Goshawk is a young company led by a highly experienced team of aviation experts. In the five years since launch, Goshawk has become a top 10 lessor by building a young portfolio of 222 aircraft, valued at over US $11.3bn. Having worked with Goshawk from their early beginnings we were engaged to help them transition their positioning and visual style while retaining a sense of the entrepreneurial spirit that drives them.

Solution

Goshawk combine flexibility, global insight, investment in new technologies, and team expertise to consistently deliver value to clients. It was important that the positioning reflected the collective ambition, differentiated approach and the values that drive the organisation.

We created a new design language based on the core idea of ‘Thinking Differently’. Working with their architects we designed statement pieces and wayfinding for their new office space helping to provide their staff with an inspiring working environment. We designed welcome packs to make the staff feel at home in their new environment and commissioned and art directed illustrator Steve Doogan and photographer Patrick Bolger to create stunning imagery for their new workspace and communications.

Result

Goshawk now have differentiated, confident brand communications reflecting their position as a top 10 global aircraft lessor. Their new approach is sophisticated, assured and represents a company that continues to go from strength to strength.
