House of HR is a fast-growing boutique multinational provider focused on Specialized Talent Solutions and Engineering & Consulting. As Europe’s most exciting talent powerhouse they connect people to possibilities, shaping the world of tomorrow.
A crisis year for the world was a year of reflection for House of HR. The previous years had seen unprecedented grown and expansion with over 600 offices and almost 3,000 people. We were appointed as brand partners to work with the Leadership team to redevelop the Purpose, Vision, Mission and Values and to crystalise these into a powerful creative strategy and identity system.
A thorough strategic review and research process resulted in a compelling brand platform that captured the groups fierce entrepreneurial spirit. As pioneers of a highly autonomous decentralised model, leaders in digital innovation and fearless spirit, House of HR are building a home for trailblazers. A place for those that zag when everyone else zigs. To convey this, we created the Trailblazer system. A graphic language that has three distinct behaviors informed by the brand’s attitude–Nurture, Amplify and Zag.
The system represents how House of HR amplify and connect boundless talent. Constantly moving forward and discovering, the trailblazer system is fast paced, energetic and purposeful. Combined with an impactful typographic style that fuses a bold attitude with human expression, the brand language truly reflects the brand purpose – WE CHANGE LIVES.
