Shaping the Future of Sustainable Land Use

Future proofing a global brand strategy and identity for a world leader in agriculture and living landscapes.​

With €2.5bn in revenue, 2,800+ employees and operations spanning Europe and Brazil, Origin Enterprises is a leading global agri and amenities company of many brands. To stay ahead, Origin Enterprises needed a clear strategy and identity to align with its ambitions, strengthen its positioning and unify a growing portfolio.

Bringing clarity to complexity.

As a leading agri and amenity services business operating in multiple markets, Origin Enterprises faced a critical communication challenge. How would it communicate its expertise, innovation and sustainability focus while resonating with a wide range of stakeholders? With rapid industry advancements and an expanding portfolio creating complexity, it was essential for Origin to sharpen its narrative, simplify messaging and create a cohesive brand that engaged customers, employees and investors alike.

Without a clear and compelling corporate story, Origin risked missing opportunities to strengthen its position as an industry leader. One of the key objectives was therefore to build a cohesive culture across the business.

The Solution

A strategy-led transformation.

We partnered with Origin to create a strategic and visual transformation that would reinforce its market presence, celebrate its innovative approach and position it for growth.  At the core of the strategy was “Growing Beyond” – a guiding principle that captured Origin’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and creating value across agriculture and living landscapes. This proposition became the foundation for a clear and structured brand narrative, uniting business units under a shared purpose while maintaining the strength of individual brands.

To ensure consistency across its diverse operations, we also completed a brand architecture exercise – mapping and analysing the entire portfolio to define roles, relationships and positioning under the parent brand. This informed a framework that would support Origin’s forward-thinking strategy while enabling its subsidiaries to thrive.

With this strategic foundation in place, we developed a new brand identity and expression – a visual and verbal system designed to clearly communicate Origin’s vision, value and impact while ensuring alignment across all touchpoints.

A Symbol for Progress 

The new Origin Enterprises logo captures the ambition of “Growing Beyond”, its circular form representing unity, continuity and the interconnected nature of the business. Within the shape, distinct symbols capture Origin’s key business areas, representing Origin’s holistic land use offer across both Agriculture and Living Landscapes.

Delivery

Once the new brand was defined, the focus shifted to delivering the brand in a consistent and impactful way. This involved rolling out a comprehensive brand platform, clear architecture and refreshed marketing materials, ensuring every touchpoint reflected Origin’s vision and ambition. Internal brand activation played a crucial role, aligning employees across markets with the new identity and reinforcing a shared purpose.

With a clearer structure and a compelling group story, Origin Enterprises is now empowered to grow beyond – beyond challenges, beyond limits and beyond expectations. The brand’s renewed clarity and cohesion position it to lead the way in sustainable land use, driving meaningful change for people, business and nature.
