Last night, a few brave (and pretty speedy!) members of the our team laced up and hit the ground running at the Staff Relay Series in the Phoenix Park.

It wasn’t just about clocking fast times – it was about showing up for each other, cheering from the sidelines, handing over the baton (with zero drops!), and pushing through the final stretch. Whether it’s on the track or in the office, we’re proud of the way we move together.

From the starting sprint to the last stride, the relay reflected what we value most at RichardsDee: bringing positive energy to everything we do, while fostering a culture of collaboration and encouragement. Each leg was a reminder that our success isn’t built on individual effort alone, but rather it’s built on trust, timing, and the willingness to carry the baton for one another, both on the course and in the workplace.

For many of us, this was our first team event in a while. It offered the chance to step away from our screens, reconnect with colleagues in person, and enjoy a different kind of energy, one fuelled by fresh air, a shared goal, and plenty of post-race snacks.
